Items not covered:- any costs/losses incurred as a consequence of failure, failures arising from accidents, incorrect operation, modification or use of incompatible equipment, tyres, exhaust systems, clutch components, braking components, batteries, glass items, ancillary drive belts, wearing components, oils and fluids incurred due to failure.

The price (exclusive of VAT which shall be charged at the prevailing rate) for the Goods. Payments must be made in full prior to equipment being collected by or delivered to the customer. Delivery is at additional cost. Acceptable methods of payment are Cleared Cheque, Bankers Draft or Telegraphic Transfer. No title shall pass to the purchaser until payment has been received in full. All goods and service/repair parts will remain the property of the company until the price has been paid in full and the customer shall remain a bailee only until payment is made.

Material on this website is licensed and owned by us. This material includes appearance, design, layout, look, and graphics, but is not restricted to this. Other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions it is prohibited to reproduce any part of this website.
